PawTally is not a veterinary service. App content, logs, reminders, analytics, and AI insights are informational only and are not medical, veterinary, diagnostic, treatment, emergency, or professional advice.
Eligibility And Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your information current.
Use Of PawTally
PawTally helps you record and organize pet care information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for deciding how to use that information. You should contact a licensed veterinarian for medical or urgent pet health concerns.
User Content
You may enter pet profiles, photos, notes, care logs, reminders, and support messages into PawTally. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant PawTally the right to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the app, provide requested features, maintain security, and support your account.
Subscriptions And Purchases
PawTally may offer free features and paid PawTally Pro features. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device and purchase platform. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled by the app store where you purchased the subscription, subject to that store's terms and policies.
AI Insights
PawTally Pro may include AI-generated insights based on recent pet care logs. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your pet's situation. Do not rely on AI insights for medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, or safety-critical decisions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use PawTally for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Attempt to access another user's account, data, or private content.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt PawTally or its providers.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, malicious, or violates another person's rights.
- Use PawTally as a substitute for veterinary care or emergency services.
App Store Terms
Your use of PawTally may also be subject to the Apple App Store, Google Play, device platform, and payment provider terms that apply to your download, purchase, or subscription.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how PawTally collects, uses, shares, and deletes information.
Service Changes And Availability
PawTally may change, suspend, discontinue, or limit features at any time. We do not guarantee that PawTally will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

PawTally is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawTally disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawTally will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using PawTally at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully.
