How do I cancel PawTally Pro?

Cancel through the App Store or Google Play account where you purchased the subscription. PawTally does not directly manage app store billing or refunds.

How do I delete my account?

In the PawTally app, open your profile/settings area and use the account deletion option. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page to email support.

Why are AI insights unavailable?

AI insights require PawTally Pro, recent care logs, and an active internet connection. They may also be rate limited to keep the service reliable.

Can PawTally help in a pet emergency?

No. PawTally is not an emergency or veterinary service. Contact your veterinarian or a local emergency animal hospital for urgent pet health concerns.
