Cancel through the App Store or Google Play account where you purchased the subscription. PawTally does not directly manage app store billing or refunds.
In the PawTally app, open your profile/settings area and use the account deletion option. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page to email support.
AI insights require PawTally Pro, recent care logs, and an active internet connection. They may also be rate limited to keep the service reliable.
